Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time within India:
- Standard Shipping: 4–8 business days
- Remote/Rural Areas: 6–12 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Free shipping: Orders above ₹999 qualify for free standard shipping, unless otherwise stated.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, we will provide tracking information through email/SMS/WhatsApp, where available.
You can use the tracking information to check your shipment status.
Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address and contact information are correct before placing your order.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
